I used a different email address for my purchase than for my account

Your program access is connected to the email address you used for the purchase, so first log in to Kajabi with that address. Once logged in, you can change the email address on your account: click your Avatar in the top right corner, select Settings, go to Contact Information, change the email address and save. Your account then continues on the address you prefer.
