You can set a new password yourself, in a few steps.
1. Go to roymartina.mykajabi.com/login
2. Under the login button, click "Forgot Password? Click here to reset."
3. Enter the email address linked to your account. This is usually the one you used for your first purchase.
4. Click "Reset Password".
5. You will receive an email. Open it and click the link to create a new password.
6. Go back to the login page and sign in with your email address and your new password.
If that email does not arrive, please also have a look in your spam or junk folder.
