If your installment plan runs through Digistore24 and a payment cannot be collected, Digistore24 automatically tries again. If the payment keeps failing, you receive an email from Digistore24 with instructions to complete the outstanding payment. As long as a payment is outstanding, access to the program may be temporarily paused until it is resolved.
