These terms are the agreement between you and NEWNEI® when you use our website, apps, programs, and community. Please read them. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

NEWNEI® is a self-healing and emotional-wellbeing education service built around the work of Roy Martina and Trinity. The operating company is being incorporated; until then the NEWNEI team stands behind these terms and you can reach us at hi@newnei.com. NEWNEI® is a registered trademark (EUTM No. 019272571).
This is the most important term. NEWNEI® provides education and self-healing support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Never ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something you read, watched, or practised here. If you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. You use programs, protocols, and self-treatment guidance at your own discretion and responsibility.
You need an account to use most of the service. You must give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised. The service is intended for adults; you must be at least 16 to create an account.
Some parts of NEWNEI® are free and some require a paid membership or a one-off purchase. The price, what it unlocks, and (for a subscription) the billing period are shown to you before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never store your card number.
Because our programs are digital content available immediately, your statutory EU right to withdraw within 14 days may not apply once you start using the content, where you have agreed to immediate access. Even so, if something is not right, contact us and we will try to make it fair.
When you use NEWNEI®, you agree not to:
In community spaces, be kind and respectful. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to store and display it so the service can work. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that is not yours to share. We may remove content or limit an account that breaks these terms.
The programs, courses, materials, software, and the NEWNEI® brand are owned by NEWNEI® or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own self-development while your access is active. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
We work to keep the service running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may add, change, or retire features over time. We may also update these terms; when we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, NEWNEI® is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes from choices you make based on our education. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You can stop using NEWNEI® and close your account at any time (see Your data & privacy). We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or where we must for legal or security reasons.
These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state in which NEWNEI® is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory protection you have as a consumer in your own country of residence.
